Fund tier · REST API v1

Fund tier required. API access requires a Fund tier subscription ($2,497/mo). Contact [email protected] to upgrade.

Authentication

All API requests require a bearer token. Generate your API key in Account Settings → API Keys. Include it as:

Rate limits

Fund tier: 1,000 requests per hour per key. Burst: 50 requests per second.

Endpoints

GET/signalsRanked distress signals for your active markets. Params: market, type, min_score, limit, offset.

GET/signals/:idFull signal detail — property, owner contact, pre-underwrite for a specific signal ID.

GET/properties/:apnProperty profile, active signals, ARV, repair estimate, equity estimate, deal structure — by APN.

GET/surplusRanked surplus cases across your active states. Params: state, surplus_type, min_amount, min_score, limit, offset.

GET/surplus/:case_idFull surplus case detail — claimant data, escrow amount, claim deadline, fee model.

GET/marketsAll available MSA markets with active signal counts.

Signal type values: probate, tax_delinquent, pre_foreclosure, vacant, code_violation, divorce, lt_equity. Score range 0–100, limit max 100.

Webhooks

Configure webhooks in Account Settings → Webhooks to receive real-time notifications when a new high-score signal (90+) appears in your markets, a surplus case deadline is within 30 days, or a deal status changes.

Data licensing

Institutional data feed agreements (raw signal database access, bulk exports, custom market coverage) are negotiated separately. Contact [email protected] for institutional pricing.
