Privacy Policy
What we collect
DR3DG collects the information you provide when you create an account (name, email address), your subscription and billing information processed through Stripe, and usage data including deal activity, market selections, and outreach events within the platform.
What we do not collect
DR3DG does not collect or store Social Security numbers, credit scores, or any consumer credit information. No credit score is used anywhere in the platform.
How we use your information
Your information is used to operate the platform, process your subscription, deliver your weekly deal report, send claim timeline alerts for DR3DG Recover, and improve signal accuracy over time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.
Data storage
All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS US-East. Row Level Security is enforced on all tables — you can only access your own data. No other subscriber can see your deal queue, signal data, or surplus cases.
Third-party services
DR3DG uses Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for DNS and DDoS protection, and Anthropic's Claude API for autonomous agent operations. Each service maintains its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted upon request. Billing records are retained as required by law.
