Terms of Service

1. The service

DR3DG is an autonomous real estate intelligence platform that surfaces distressed off-market properties and manages surplus recovery claims. Access is provided by subscription.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate of your selected tier (Scout $297/mo, Operator $797/mo, Fund $2,497/mo). A 7-day free trial is available for Scout and Operator tiers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

3. Acceptable use

You may use DR3DG to identify, research, and pursue real estate acquisition opportunities for your own investment activity or on behalf of clients with whom you have a disclosed relationship. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense DR3DG data to third parties without a Fund tier data licensing agreement. You may not use DR3DG to harass, defraud, or harm property owners.

4. DR3DG Recover — surplus recovery

DR3DG Recover surfaces publicly available surplus funds held by county clerks and state unclaimed property divisions. Contingency fee agreements generated by DR3DG are between you (the operator) and the claimant. DR3DG is not a party to those agreements and does not provide legal advice.

You are responsible for compliance with state-specific surplus recovery laws in every market you operate. Florida: 12% maximum fee cap (§45.033). Texas tax surplus: non-attorneys may not charge fees. All other states: consult qualified legal counsel.

5. Data accuracy

Signal data is sourced from public records. DR3DG does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, property record, owner contact, or surplus case. All underwriting estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal appraisal or financial advice.

6. Intellectual property

All platform code, agent architecture, signal scoring algorithms, and proprietary data systems are owned exclusively by DR3DG Inc. Your deal history, outreach records, and account data are yours.

7. Limitation of liability

DR3DG is not liable for any deal outcome, investment loss, or legal liability arising from your use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 30-day period.

8. Termination

DR3DG may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited use, or present a risk to other users or the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
